At the most south western tip of WA, you’ll find an oasis… And by oasis, we mean the Margaret River, brimming with world-class surf, luxury produce and, we must say, some very fine wine. So fine, the revered wine critic, Jancis Robinson called the old Margaret “the closest thing to paradise of any wine region”. A well-tempered Mediterranean climate and rich, fertile soils produces happy, high-quality grapes; the most famous being Cabernet Sauvignon and Chardonnay.
