Appeared in our fridge, can't remember buying it, wasn't expecting much as I tend to buy wines in the lower-mid price range. Am not a connoisseur by any means - but have drunk quite a bit of wine over the decades. This surprised me. My first sip, immediate rection was 'wow!' Dunno about all the buzz-words but I will certainly buy more of it.

Once & Well Chardonnay is a full flavoured white from the Margaret River region. The nose consists of stone fruit and fresh flowers with subtle hints of spice and oak. The flavour is equally complex with a rich mouth feel and lively acidity.
