Really enjoyed this Chardonnay. Take it out the fridge. Pour. Let it warm up a bit. Very nice

I was looking forward to a nice creamy, buttery old style Chardonnay. Very disappointed. No legs and no butter. Basically a standard WA Chardonnay - which are Ok if that’s what you are buying - but not when you want butter. I don’t think WA can do a buttery Chardonnay due to the climate. An average drop but no way is it buttery.

Now the woolies have jacked the Price of KJ drink this at a 10 saving. Great old skool chardonnay here.

There is nothing really offensive about this wine. Nothing here to make you go 'urgh... yuck'. By the same token, there is nothing at all interesting here. It has no bite at all, there is no dryness, and to my (admittedly tired old) tastebuds, nothing really standout in terms of complexity. No hints of citrus or oak, no fruityness. Nothing really, except - as many have noted - a slight butteryness. If that is your thing, go for it, but other than that - I cannot see anything here to recommend it.

Not the most buttery I’ve tasted, but it’s categorically buttery. It’s on the fresher edge, quite silky. Crowd pleaser definitely. Recommend it!
