Syrah to the French, but Shiraz (shi-RAZ) to us in Australia. No matter what you call it, Shiraz is one of the darkest and heaviest red wines on the market. Shiraz wines are bold, packed with flavour and full bodied. Think peppers, berries, currants, and even chocolate. Great with BBQ’ed meats.
