Quality wine wit rich tastes and smooth on the palate..

I’m just not getting it , I was recommended this wine by a trusted expert , this wine is obviously quality but for me personally this wine is almost to complex and a tad on the too earthy side .

Moss wood have a wonderful reputation. The nose reminds me of leather and cough syrup. The wine is in balance and drinkable......but it’s just not that enjoyable Smooth. Yes Value. No

The nose of this wine is very distinctive, an earthy or truffle like quality kind of like a forest floor smell on a wet day, possibly a bit of oak in there. I loved it but my wife wasn't so keen on the nose. It gives way to nice fruit on oak and fine tannin finish which coats the tongue in a gentle way. Finishes as a creamy coating on the roof of the palate and then just dissolves into that fine tannin. I'm impressed and would drink this willingly. Classy stuff.
