Rosé (rose-a) has become incredibly popular, and is the perfect wine to sip in the park or at a barbie. Rosé’s beautiful colour comes from leaving the grape skins to soak in the juice for a short amount of time. Think red fruit, flowers and melon. Great with light pasta, salads and seafood.
