This is a typical mildly sweet and refreshing white wine. It tasted just like I expect a chardonnay to taste. It was however considerably more expensive ( double even with the reduced special price ) than my regular 'go to' chardonnay. I am not a wine buff and I couldn't tell the difference between them. A more sophisticated palate may well appreciate the difference though.

The winemaker says it has a creamy mouthfeel. To me its sharp and steely. Tastes more like sav blanc that's been playing with apricots.
