There is a flat $10 fee to use our delivery service. As we use locally sourced drivers with limited carrying capacity, there is a limit of 10 boxes per order for delivery.

That's easy, you tell us! If you are in a hurry we will let you know the estimated delivery time in your area or you can schedule your order to be delivered up to 7 days in advance. Simply select a time and date in which you want it delivered and we will ensure it arrives within 60 minutes from your selected time.

We always do our best to get your order to you in under 60 minutes. If something gets in our way – like traffic, demand, or anything else beyond our control – we promise we'll be there as fast as we can. ASAP Delivery is available in select areas only and is not available in the NT.

Absolutely. We'll send you updates from the time your order is placed, right through to when your order has been collected and is on its way. For those of you wanting up to the minute updates, we provide real time driver tracking so you can follow your order and find out where it's currently located.

On the off chance we're running late, we'll contact you and let you know your revised delivery time.

Your order can only be delivered to the recipient's name as shown on the order or a person who is at the delivery address you have nominated. Our drivers will check photo ID upon delivery to ensure recipient is 18+.

If you are ordering within South Australia, the recipient will be required to sign a declaration confirming their name and that they are over 18+. If the recipient looks under 25 their name, date of birth and ID will be recorded.

Someone over 18 years with valid photo ID must be available to sign for your order. We do not delivery to post office boxes and can not leave any order unattended.

Certainly, we understand things change, so we try to be flexible as possible by allowing you to request a new delivery time - right up until a driver has been booked and is heading to the store to pick up your order. Simply login and navigate to the order you'd like to change to request a new delivery time.

In the unlikely event that your order has been damaged in transit, we will do our best to assist you in replacing the damaged items in your order. Please contact our friendly Customer Service team as soon as possible.
