There is no fee for using Pick Up. Simply add the products you want to purchase to your cart, and we’ll have them packed and ready at your local BWS store for pick up when it suits you.

We will SMS you when your order is ready. Pick up is available during your selected store’s trading hours. If the store is closed, or closing soon, we will SMS you in the morning when the store is open and your order is ready to pick up.

Absolutely. Just provide their name and mobile number during checkout and we'll SMS them, as well as you, when the order is ready to pick up. Of course they will need to be 18 years or over and bring valid photo ID to pick up the order. For pick up orders placed in the Northern Territory the person placing the order must be the person to collect the order.

Absolutely. Simply tick “I’d prefer my order chilled” in checkout and we’ll use our best endeavours to have any beer, cider, pre-mixed drinks, rosé, white wine, sparkling wine and Champagne in your order chilled for pick up.

If you only need certain items cold, you can tell us in the “Notes to store team member” section. If you’re not planning to pick up in approx. 30 mins, you can also tell us in the notes. This way we know we have longer to chill those products that are coming straight off the shelf.

We'd love to help with your party or event. To secure the quantities you require, please place your order ahead of time. As we use locally sourced drivers with limited carrying capacity, there is a limit of 10 boxes per order for delivery. For larger quantities, consider picking up from your local BWS instead.

To ensure the person picking up the order is over 18 years and is the same person who paid for the order (or the person picking up on their behalf).

Recording your ID ensures we have a verified record of your age as well as helping reduce the risk of fraudulent activity. This information will only be used if we need to investigate a customer or bank complaint.
