Fortified Wines are rich, full flavoured sipping wines made by adding extra alcohol during the fermentation process. Traditionally enjoyed at the end of a meal, popular styles include Port (fortified red) and Sherry (fortified white). Sip with restraint, alcohol content is typically around 20%.
