I have only recently started trying dessert wines other than port, and this was an experiment. I didn't enjoy the flavour of the wine (nor did my family), with it having a quite strong 'after-taste'. Perhaps that applies to all Tokay-syle dessert wines. It was on Members special, so the experiment didn't cost much. I'll stay with the 'sticky whites' in future.

I enjoyed this as I like sweet wines such as tawny/sherry/ muscat
this jus oozes sweet fruity richness
almost oversweet if you ask my husband!
