Tequila is an iconic spirit originally from Mexico. The key ingredient used to make tequila is the blue agave plant. The plants used are at least 10 years old and are harvested through a process called ‘jima’. Some popular styles of tequila that you can buy at BWS are blanco (aka silver), reposado, gold, mezcal and 100% agave.
