I have not had Tequila in quite a while so didn't know what to expect but I found this drop quite nice from the beginning to the end of the bottle. Nice taste for sippin' and nice with mixer flavours as well. I have not tried any others though. Cheers

The body of this tequila is ok, but has a cheap sharp after taste. Not smooth at all. Those who gave it a 5 clearly drank too much then reviewers once it tasted nice. There are better cheap bottles- with skeletons on them. But still to your 1800 for an easy everyday sipping tequila.

I bought a bottle of Prospero Anejo after devouring a bottle of their resposado tequila. I’m a huge tequila drinker but didn’t enjoy the anejo at all. Not terribly smooth or harsh to drink and not the flavours I enjoy in a tequila

Being a tequila lover (Don Julio, Herradura, Patron, 1800, Tequila Blu, Espalon, El Jimador, and many more) I saw the member offer and thought I’d give it a go. Very surprised. Love vanilla aroma, I experienced a smooth citrus with vanilla tones taste, no terrible after burn that you can get with some cheaper tequila, very surprised. It’s not Don Julio 1942, no, but I didn’t expect it to be. Is it a good Anejo? For $65, it’s great value. Even at the RRP of $80, it’s good value for a mid range Anejo. I like it. Keen to read more from others.

This is a beautiful flavored anejo with a rich smooth aftertaste. We usually drink don Julio anejo but due to excessive drinking during lockdown started drinking the 1800 which is cheaper but still good. I purchased this on sale for $50 to try it and the whole house has now been converted. Love it!

I love a nice Anejo Tequila, this purchase wasn't planned purchase but super happy that I spent a few extra dollars and gave it a chance. Super smooth with subtle notes of caramel and honey, highly rated against Patron etc. I'd give this fine spirit a 9/10.
