    • 30ml gin
    • 20ml lemon juice
    • 15ml hibiscus syrup

    • 1 egg white

      Add Chambord, gin, lemon juice, hibiscus syrup and egg white to a cocktail shaker.

      Dry shake (no ice) for about 10 seconds to emulsify the egg white

      Add ice and shake again until chilled
