Chop up your peach, then add to a shaker with the hot honey, lemon juice and basil.

Muddle that bad boy by pressing the ingredients and stirring. If you don’t have a muddler, use a spoon. This gets all the flavours loose and mixed together.

Add the gin and shake it like your mum’s fave T-Swift song.

Then, pour into a glass. For best results, double-strain your drink by pouring into one glass, washing the strainer (throwing out the muddled ingredients) and repeating.
