    • 45mL gin
    • 2-3 sprigs of fresh basil
    • 15mL hot honey
    •  25mL fresh lemon juice
    • Handful of ice
    • Mint to garnish

      Chop up your peach, then add to a shaker with the hot honey, lemon juice and basil.
