Bring the heat to your next whisky cocktail with gochujang. Sweet, savoury and a little bit funky, the Korean chilli paste makes itself right at home in a cocktail shaker. Bringing a fermented depth to silky smooth Canadian Club fires this cocktail up to flavour-packed levels.     • 45ml Canadian Club Whisky
    • 1 tsp gojuchang
    • 15ml agave syrup
    • Sliced cucumber
    • Lime wedges
    • Mint

      Muddle lime and cucumber slices in the bottom of the shaker.

      Add Canadian Club Whisky, gojuchang, agave syrup and shake.

      Pour into a highball glass with ice and top with soda water.

      Garnish with fresh cucumber and mint.
