St. Paddy's Pickle Cocktail Recipe

There's been a recent uptick (or should we say TikTok) in pickles-esque drinks of late, and we couldn't be happier. So, what better time to go green than St. Paddy's Day? The St. Paddy’s Pickle is briney, salty, zesty and a little bit spicy, all topped off with a refreshing splash of bubbly soda water. Pickle-mania is having a whole moment... and we're not mad at it. 🍀 Sláinte!

No-Fail Cocktails
    • 30ml Jameson
    • 30ml pickle brine
    • 15ml lime juice
    • Soda water
    • Garnish: tabasco, pickles, dill
    • 1
      Fill a glass with ice.

      Pour over the Jameson, pickle brine and lime juice and then stir to combine.
    • 3
      Top with soda water and a hit of Tabasco.
    • 4
      Garnish with pickles and dill.
