30ml celery juice
30ml agave syrup
20ml lime juice, freshly squeezed
Celery garnish, lime rim and celery salt

Run a lime wedge around the rim and dip it in a dish of celery salt.

In a shaker filled with ice, combine the celery juice, tequila, agave and lime juice.

Shake then strain over fresh ice into the prepared glass.
