Lark is Tasmanian whisky, proudly unique in character and style. Entirely made by hand, Lark consistently distils some of the world’s most prized whisky, with no more than 100 litres at a time. The Single Cask Single Malt Whisky release has been bottled based on its exceptional flavour at this somewhat ‘standard strength’ at 43%. A complex mix of vanilla-caramel-maple syrup with slight floral notes and gentle hints of fresh spice on a flavourful lingering finish. The port barrel aging adds a beautiful golden honey hue depth to this outstanding malt. Excellent neat or with a drop or two of filtered water.
