Black Bush Sour

This frothy Sour stars Bushmills Black Bush Irish Whiskey.

Ingredients

  • 50mL Bushmills Black Bush Irish Whiskey
  • 15mL simple syrup
  • 2 dashes Angostura bitters
  • 1 egg white
  • 30ml lemon juice

Method

  1. In a cocktail shaker, combine 50ml Black Bush Whiskey, 30ml fresh lemon juice, 15ml simple syrup and 1 egg white.
  2. Shake well.
  3. Add ice to the shaker and shake again.
  4. Double strain over ice into a rocks glass.
  5. Garnish with two dashes of Angostura Bitters.
