Basil Hayden Evening Out

Get gussied up and put on your favourite frock because Basil Hayden wants to take you out. You’ll be stirrin’ and twirlin’ with the bourbon whiskey in the zesty bitter-sweet company of Aperol and vermouth rosso. An orange-tinged night to remember.

Ingredients

  • 60mL Basil Hayden Bourbon Whiskey
  • 15mL Cinzano Rosso Vermouth
  • 15mL Aperol

Method

  1. Fill a tall mixing glass with ice.
  2. Add the Basil Hayden bourbon, vermouth and Aperol.
  3. Stir it all together.
  4. Strain into a martini glass and garnish with an orange peel.
