Semillon (SEM-eh-lon) is appreciated more by wine buffs than the average wine drinker. Semillon has a full body like Chardonnay, but tastes more like a Pinot Gris or Sauvignon Blanc. Often blended with Sauvignon Blanc. Great with salt and pepper squid.
