Pinot Noir (pee-noh nwahr) is a difficult grape to grow, but well worth the effort. Pinot Noir is the lightest and most delicate of the red wine family. Think red fruits like cherries, raspberries and strawberries. Great with a wide variety of foods including chicken, salmon and vege dishes.
