Spiked Caramel Popcorn

Cosy movie night? We’re making it boozy. popcorn Two rich caramel sauces – one spiked with Skrewball Peanut Butter Whisky, the other with Woodford Bourbon – coat every crunchy kernel. Warm, glossy, and a little unhinged (just how we like it).

      In a saucepan over low heat, melt 1 bag of caramel cubes.

      Add ¼ cup cream and stir until smooth.

      Pour in Skrewball and keep stirring until the sauce is glossy and smells insanely good.

      In a second pot, repeat the process with a second bag of caramels, cream, and a shot of Woodford.

      Pour each sauce over its own bowl of popcorn. Stir until fully coated.

      Spread each batch onto lined trays or air fryer-safe sheets.

      Air fry until just crisped but not burnt (be sure to keep an eye on it!).

      Let them cool for 2 mins (if you can wait), then dive in.
