Extra Dirty Martini Chips

We took everything bougie about a dirty martini and dumped it on a chip. Think briny olives, melty blue cheese, and a cheeky vodka drizzle. Snack hour just got very extra.cheese wedgecocktail glassolive

P.S. No oven? No worries. We’re using the air fryer to get everything warm, melty, and golden.

    • Kettle chips (thick cut = best crunch)
    • Blue cheese, crumbled
    • Castelvetrano olives, chopped
    • ½ cup sour cream
    • 1 tbsp olive juice (straight from the jar)
    • 1 shot vodka

      Preheat your air fryer to 180°C.

      On a piece of baking paper or air fryer liner, layer your kettle chips.

      Top with blue cheese crumbles and chopped olives.

      Air fry for 4–6 minutes or until the cheese is melty and the chips are warmed through.

      Meanwhile, in a piping bag or squeeze sauce bottle, mix the sour cream, olive juice, and vodka.

      Snip the corner and drizzle over the hot chips straight from the fryer.
