Piña Sgroppino Cocktail Recipe

Sun's out, sorbet out. You know the drill. And we're going full tropics. There's zingy sweetness from pineapple, nutty creaminess from coconut sorbet, and bubbly bounce that only prosecco can do. Don't forget to top it off with a juicy wedge of fresh pineapple and crunchy coconut flakes. Slurp with a straw or even dig in with a spoon.

    • 1 cup chopped fresh pineapple
    • 150ml prosecco
    • 2 scoops coconut sorbet
    • Toasted coconut flakes and fresh pineapple to garnish

      To a blender, add pineapple, prosecco, sorbet and ice.

      Blend until thick and frozen slushy consistency.

      Pour in to glass and top with coconut flakes and fresh pineapple.
