Irresistible Rum Milk-tail Recipe

Do your parents ever reminisce about the days of 5-digit house prices and bevvies that cost 4c and a penny? (Must be fkn nice). Well, this cheeky recipe will transport you (and them) back to the good old days - but now, this creamy number has levelled up with a little boozy twist.

    • 2 scoops vanilla ice-cream

    • 1 cup diced peach, fresh
    • 1 cup milk (full-fat or skim, don’t phase us none) 
    • 4 tsp brown sugar
    • 1/4 tsp cinnamon
    • Peach syrup, to serve
    • Whipped cream, to serve

      First, you’ll wanna get that peach of a peach and dice it into small pieces. No need to get too Gordon Ramsay with it, because they’ll get blitzed with the other ingredients.

      Then, get your blender and add the rum, schnapps, ice-cream, milk, sugar and cinnamon.

      Blend that baddie until it’s nice and smooth. If you like your shakes thicker, add more ice-cream. But if you like them watery (weirdo), add in more milk. (Jk, we love u.)

      While that’s happening, grab your glass and if you wanna be a lil fancy, now’s your chance. Get some of that peach syrup and line the inside of the glass - watch it trickle down before continuing.

      Pour in the mixture and top with some whipped cream, and there you have it – the perfect, boozy, peaches and rum milkshake.
