    • 30ml white rum

    • 30ml peach schnapps

    • 2 scoops vanilla ice-cream

    • 1 cup diced peach, fresh
    • 1 cup milk (full-fat or skim, don’t phase us none) 
    • 4 tsp brown sugar
    • 1/4 tsp cinnamon
    • Peach syrup, to serve
    • Whipped cream, to serve
