Coconut Tequila Sunset Cocktail Recipe

Okay, so you’ve heard of the tequila sunrise, but now it’s time to meet its sophisticated older sister. The tequila sunset features crème de cassis (blackberry liqueur), giving it a distinctive moody sunset colouring. This twist on the tropical classic uses coconut tequila as the star for a decadent coco-berry combo. Enjoy at golden hour (or any hour for that matter).

No-Fail Cocktails
    • 50ml Cazcabel Coconut Tequila
    • 100ml fresh orange juice
    • 15ml crème de cassis (or blackberry liqueur)
    • Ice cubes
    • Orange wedge for garnish
    • 1
      Fill a glass with ice and add the Cazcabel Coconut Tequila and orange juice. Stir gently to combine.

      Slowly pour the crème de cassis over the back of a spoon or down the side of the glass, allowing it to settle at the bottom to create the sunset effect.

      Garnish with an orange wedge to complete the look.
