Tea Time Spicy Marg

Who doesn't love a hot hot HOT Marg on a cold crisp winter's eve? Our version ups the ante with a base of tequila, sweet agave, zesty lime juice, chilli and jalapenos, but feel free to dial the chilli down if you can't handle the heat.

    • Handful sliced pickled jalapeno
    • 1 red chilli
    • 1 tsp Chilli flakes
    • 60ml Tequila
    • 15ml Agave syrup
    • 30ml Lime juice
    • 1
      Muddle jalapeno and 1 red chilli in bottom of shaker.

      Add tequila, agave syrup and lime juice. Shake.

      Rub the rum of the glass with a mixture of flaky sea salt and chilli flakes.

      Pour into glass with ice and garnish with chopped chilli.
