Oban (Little Bay) makes very good scotch whiskey. The 14yrs old is exceptionally smooth and great to drink. All the Oban whiskeys are very good. It’s a small distillery but produces and great whiskey. Not too peaty and classic fruity notes.

This classic is available at nicks at $114, your price point even at specials ($134) is just not justified.

One of the classiest looking bottles on the market…and with one sip.. it got me hooked.. This one will always be in my collection, even if it is chill filtered and colour added.. A Highland whiskey at 43.ABV.. An aroma of sea salty air and slight peat smoke with honey and orange peel This whiskey is indeed a classic… Picked it up for $124

Had my first taste during my visit to France, I was alone in the hotel terrace overlooking the city of Paris. I ordered 3 shots of this gem. I wanted to find a scotch that would pair well with my H. Upmann magnum 54 which I aged for about a year and words can't describe the experience I had. It was a match made in heaven, and since then I have been enjoying this scotch with and without a cigar. I found it to be a wonderful nightcap as well... A Macallan with more depth and complexity is a simple way to describe this dram.

A lovely whiskey. Sadly, rarely buy it though because of the price. note. The ‘curated’ bundle suggests mixers? How could anyone think thats a good idea …

Tried scotch over $750 a bottle and this is hands down the absolute pinnacle in smoothness. Just 1 or 2 cubes of ice and it goes down like mothers milk. Buy this and impress your guests or hide it and saviour every last drop. Well done Oban.
