I tried crown royal last week in Toronto Canada!! Taste so good 👌👌👌👌

For what is one of the world’s greatest whiskey’s please restock it!!!

I tried Crown Royal for the first time tonight and I was shocked at how good it tasted. It's 40% alcohol by volume but it didn't have the burn you get from your standard range of Scotch whiskies. I bought it a few years ago when it was on special at Dan Murphys and kept it as a fill-in between sampling premium range Irish & Scotch whiskies. I've got to say it's much easier drinking than the latter and I would recommend it to anyone on a budget who wants to try something different. It's made from milled corn, rye and malted barley so there's a distinctly different complexity in taste. I'm not a fan of sour mash bourbon, and though this had a hint of that ubiquitous flavour it was balanced out by the malted barley which defines the taste of your Irish & Scotch whiskies. At the current price of $64.00 it's worth every drop.

I was amazed at how good this whiskey is and if I had not visited Canada, I wouldn’t be introduced to it. Honestly, all of JWs upto black, taste really bad against this one. Probably JW Gold could come near, but Crown Royal is still better. It’s the best whiskey I ever tasted.

It tastes great and if your new to whiskey its great for beginners.

This is nice and cheap sipper. This kind of whisky was my first sipping whisky after drinking whisky mixers for years. I found it very neutral and made drinking whisky straight very easy.
