Talisker Storm Hot Chocolate

Let the thunder and lightning come while you keep cosy with this hot chocolate.

Ingredients

  • 50mL Talisker Storm Single Malt Scotch Whisky
  • 50mL hot water
  • 40g dark chocolate
  • 150mL milk (can be dairy or oat milk)
  • 1tbsp dark chocolate powder
  • 10mL golden syrup
  • To garnish: marshmallows and cinnamon

Method

  1. In a saucepan, add: 50ml Talisker Storm Scotch Whisky, 50ml hot water, 40g dark chocolate, 150ml of milk, 1 tbsp dark chocolate powder and 10ml golden syrup.
  2. Stir together on low heat until all ingredients are combined.
  3. Pour into a mug and garnish with marshmallows and cinnamon.
