Label 5 Hot Toddy

Winter warmers don’t need to be thick and creamy. This hot toddy is made with Label 5 Scotch Whisky, honey, lemon and warming spices.

Ingredients

  • 25mL Label 5 Scotch Whisky
  • 1.5 tsp honey
  • 1 cinnamon stick
  • 1 lemon
  • 2 cloves

Method

  1. Whisk 25ml Label 5 Scotch Whisky and 1 teaspoon of honey together and then pour into a heatproof glass.
  2. Top up with 100ml of boiling water.
  3. Add a splash of lemon juice.
  4. Garnish with a slice of lemon studded with a clove.
