Jim Beam Citrus Highball

Jim Beam, lemon juice and a sprig of rosemary take this citrus highball from tasty to TASTY.

Ingredients

  • 45mL Jim Beam White Label whisky
  • 20mL fresh lemon juice
  • 90mL soda water
  • Crushed ice
  • Slice of lemon
  • Sprig of rosemary

Method

  1. Pour 45ml of Jim Beam White Label over a packed glass of ice.
  2. Add 20ml of fresh lemon juice.
  3. Top with cold soda water.
  4. Stir with a long spoon and enjoy.
  5. Garnish with a lemon slice and a sprig of rosemary.
