Irish Coffee

Ingredients

  • 45ml Finnlaigh Irish Whiskey (that’s 3 tablespoons)
  • 1 to 2 teaspoons maple syrup
  • 190ml to taste hot freshly brewed coffee (that’s ¾ cup/use your fav roast) Whipped cream, for topping

Method

  1. Pour 45ml Finnlaigh Irish Whiskey and 1 teaspoon maple syrup into a cocktail shaker.
  2. Pour in 190ml coffee and stir until combined.
  3. Top with whipped cream and chocolate shavings. Serve warm!
