Ingredients

• 45ml Monkey Shoulder Blended Malt Scotch Whisky 700mL
• ¾ cup water
• 2 to 3 teaspoons honey, to taste
• 2 to 3 teaspoons lemon juice, to taste
• 1 lemon round
• 1 cinnamon stick to garnish

Method

1. Place a bar spoon with runny honey in a latte glass.
2. Add the hot water.
3. Add the lemon juice and stir.
4. Add the Johnnie Walker Gold Label Reserve Scotch whisky and stir once more.
5. Garnish with a clove-studded lemon wedge and a cinnamon stick.
