Do you slay all day at work, only to come home to an empty fridge? Honestly, same. That's why we found the perfect (and easiest) recipe that should be a part of your (cheat) meal-prep rotation. Introducing Baileys Baked Tart.
150g shortcrust pie shell (good ol' Woolies will have a pre-made one for you)
Whipped cream (to serve)
1
Preheat your oven to 180°C, fan-forced
2
While your oven is heating up, add your ingredients (bar the whipped cream) into a bowl. Whisk until they're fully combined. If you wanna add a dash of spice, go for it.
3
On a flat baking tray, place your pie shell and fill with the mixture. Slide that bad boy into the oven like you slid into your crush's DMs last night. Bake for 35 mins.
4
Remove from the oven and let it cool for at least 15 mins.
5
Now for the hard part: refridgerate overnight until it's completely chilled, then enjoy.
