How to Make a Spritz

If we had to pick one drink as an all-year-round classic, the spritz would be a top contender. The best part about a spritz? You can whip it up with stuff you likely already have on hand. The general rule of thumb is 3 parts prosecco/sparkling, 2 parts whichever liqueur and 1 part soda. To really make it sing? Pop a garnish on top for that added flair.     • General rule of thumb: 3 parts prosecco, 2 parts whatever liqueur you have, 1 part soda 
    • 90ml Prosecco
    • 60ml whatever liqueur you have 
    • 30ml soda water
    • 1
      Fill glass with ice and then pour 3 parts prosecco, 2 parts liqueur and 1 part soda.

      Mix together with a bar spoon, garnish and serve.
