Classic Mimosa
Classic Mimosa
Let's start with the classic Mimosa. This drink is so easy to make, you'll be mixing them up like a pro in no time. Grab your favourite Champagne flute or highball glass and fill it halfway with chilled sparkling wine or Champagne. Then, top it up with some tangy orange juice and voila! You've got yourself a refreshing and light drink that screams 'brunch'. Play around with the Champagne to OJ ratio to find your perfect balance of flavours.
Peach Bellini
Next up, we've got the Peach Bellini. It's as simple as filling your glasses halfway with bubbly Prosecco and topping it off with some sweet peach juice. But if you're feeling fancy, throw some frozen or canned peaches into the blender with your Prosecco for an extra oomph.

Bloody Mary
Bloody Mary
If you're feeling a little more daring, go for the Bloody Mary. Say her name three times? No need for that, just mix up three of them for you and your squad! Start with a dash of Tabasco, Worcestershire sauce, lemon and lime juice, and a pinch of salt and pepper. Add 60mL of vodka, fill your glass with ice and tomato juice, and then top it off with some celery, bacon, or both.
Irish Coffee

Last but not least, if you're in the mood for both coffee and cocktails, why not combine the two? Say hello to the Irish Coffee! While your coffee is brewing, add a shot of Irish whisky to your mug. Sweeten it up with a little sugar, sugar syrup, or maple syrup, or keep it bitter. Give it a stir, then add your coffee and top it with a generous amount of whipped cream. Heaps of whipped cream, we're not kidding!
