Tried this as a friend at work has been raving about all the favorite range from green through to the Gothic as I’ve never had Absynth before. I thought well I’ll try it straight which wasnt totally impressive but then I mixed it with my favorite drink and it went down an absolute treat when I drink it again definitely has a mixer but not straight

Do NOT purchase this execrable rubbish unless you require an industrial strength mouthwash because you are intending to travel in an area with a cholera outbreak! This is NOT absinthe at all, and should be taken to the trades council immediately and sued for false labelling. Its bilious colour is totally artificial, it does NOT louche as absinthes should, and it tastes more like the output of a eastern European petro-chemical factory than anything you should drink. If you are wondering what the whole absinthe thing is about and thinking of trying, there are SO many good choices available, (definitely recommend Dr. Jekyll), but leave this over-priced over-pepperminted cash-in on the shelf. I cannot emphasise just how bad this stuff is, ..and the price is outrageous for such a sub-standard product.

I suppose you have to try absinthe at least once in your lifetime, and I am glad I did. I wouldn't buy any more than this, because this stuff is lethal! Haha I had probably only 10mls and my friend had 30mls. I mixed it with dr pepper which was actually fantastic! But I tried it by itself which was almost impossible! I would recommend trying this for fun but I wouldn't regularly have it, unless you want to end up in hospital with your stomach pumped! It also taste like liquorice!
