Green Fairy is a premium Czech brand of aromatic absinthe. The spirit is distilled from wormwood and includes a delightful blend of herbs such as hyssop, Florence fennel, green anise and angelica root. The concentrated turquoise absinthe has flavours ranging from sweet to bitter, spicy to mellow, with an overall aniseed-like taste finishing with a pleasant minty aftertaste.
