I've been buying this sparkling for sometime now and I was happy to buy it at $19 and even more on special at $17. I was surprised this week when I saw the regular price is now <$15. You cannot go wrong with this from a true French Champagne House.

This a fresh, cleansing, bargain white wine from Margaret River where this blend is done so well at all price points. It's great for summer drinking but pairs vey nicely with seafood and vegetarian dishes as a palate cleanser. Strong gooseberry and citrus flavours merge with herbaceous notes and a strong spine of fresh acidity. Well worth a try at the price!
