Just enjoyed the 2018 vintage with excellent pork knuckle at home. this wine drinks SO well. beautifully subtle oak on nose and palate, from the french oak barrel fermentation...luscious fruit flavours, and acid that lifts the finish to refreshing heights. This is a very well balanced and enjoyable Aussie chardonnay. Covid-19 stopped us from having our first trip to Margaret river at Easter so it was like having a remote experience. and this wine makes me think it would give Chardonnays from the Adelaide Hills a run for their money.
