We can delivery any orders for a flat $10 fee. Note: Our drivers are locals, not road trains, so delivery is limited to 10 boxes per order.
Make sure you’re home when the delivery comes, we can’t leave packages at PO Boxes or unattended. Whoever placed the order needs to be home to receive the package. Our drivers will check that their name matches the order. If you look under 25, they’ll also check your ID (it’s a compliment).

So what is changing?
In Late 2021, the Victorian Parliament passed changes to Victorian liquor laws
that impact the way that we can deliver alcohol to you. These changes came into
effect this year and apply to the supply of liquor where an order is placed online.
Compliance with our legal obligations is very important to us and integral to the
way we do business.
What these changes to the law mean is that, when you order an alcohol delivery
from us, we will be instructing our delivery drivers that they must check that:
- the alcohol is delivered to the person that made the order;
- the person that made the order is present when the order is delivered; and
- the person that placed the order is 18 or over, with reference to valid
identification (proof of age document).
Frequently Asked Questions
Q: If it's delivered to a hotel and usually left at reception, can this still be done?
A: If you have ordered with us before, your delivery can be left with reception, as long as you have instructed us to do so and listed the receptionist's name as the nominated person to accept the delivery.
Q: Can you list more than one nominated person?
A: No
Q: Can customers update the nominated person?
A: Yes, however you will need to contact us to do so.
Q: Can my order be left unattended at the delivery address without a signature?
A:Not for first time deliveries, as we will need to ensure they are to you and that you are 18 or over.
We can leave your order unattended at the delivery address if it is NOT a first-time or same-day delivery order. We will need to do this with your instructions.
If you are eligible to have your order left unattended, the website will have a tick box where you may choose the unattended delivery option and advise where to leave your order at the checkout section. We will then instruct our delivery drivers to deliver to you in accordance with that instruction.
As per our policy and strict RSA regulations, we require a signature and ID verification on first-time and same-day deliveries for transparency and to expedite our service. This is also to mitigate theft and to guarantee our customers receive their orders.
Want a different delivery time for your alcohol?
If you organise your delivery for a certain time and something comes up, we’ll do our best to be as flexible as possible. You can change your delivery time right up until the driver has been booked and is on their way to pick up your order from the store. Just login and navigate to the order you want to change and request a new time.
