Sauvignon Blanc (saw-vee-nyon-blahnk) is one of Australia’s favourite white wines. Sauvignon Blanc means “wild white” - named by the French who thought it grew like a weed. Think gooseberry and passion fruit. Great with Fish and chicken. Best enjoyed young.
