Not what I expected

I picked up two bottles of this wine and when we opened one of the bottles to drink, the wine had an awful, almost pungent smell. We waited about 15 minutes and it improved but we could still smell the odour. Leaving the cap off the bottle in the fridge helped and when our daughters arrived the smell had virtually disappeared. They liked the wine but unfortunately we were put off by the initial opening. I’m hoping the next bottle doesn’t have the same issue.

I would recommend this to a friend!
A lovely dry Rose. Lovely with ice on a warm summer evening. I enjoy this Rose all year around, a great everyday Rose. Always have a bottle on hand in case we have company and to just enjoy a relaxing glass at any time. When I take to an informal event to share with friends, I’ve received favourable comments.
