    • 6-8 strawberries, thinly sliced
    • Water (for freezing)
    • Your fave bottle of rosé (still or sparkling)
    • Garnish: mint or extra strawberry
    • 1
Slice your strawberries nice and thin.
    • 2
Either roll them into rosebuds, or arrange the slices directly into an ice cube tray to get that floral shape (we placed ours - much easier).
    • 3
Gently pour in water to avoid disturbing the petals, then freeze until solid.
    • 4
Pop out your strawberry rose cubes and place them into a cocktail glass.
    • 5
Pour over chilled rosé and watch the magic happen.
    • 6
Garnish with mint to add some extra colour.
    • 7
      Sip slowly. Look pretty. Repeat.
