Peanut Butter Irish Coffee Cocktail Recipe

A warm, nutty twist on a classic, the Peanut Butter Irish Coffee is the perfect wintery cocktail for caffeine or PB fiends, to be sure to be sure. This decadent drink combines rich coffee, peanut butter whiskey, and a touch of sugar syrup, all topped off with foamy peaks of peanut butter whipped cream. It's perfect for chilly winter days or a cozy nightcap by the fire. Top of the day to you!

    • 200ml brewed coffee
    • 30ml Kahlua
    • 15ml sugar syrup
    • Cream topping:
      100ml heavy cream
      1 tsp Sheep Dog Peanut Butter Whiskey
      1 tbsp melted runny peanut butter & roasted peanuts for garnish

      Add in sugar syrup, Skrewball Peanut Butter Whisky, Kahlua and cooled coffee into an irish coffee mug.

      Whip cream with Peanut Butter Whisky until soft peaks.

      Float cream on top of the cocktail.

      Drizzle over melted peanut butter and roasted peanuts on top to garnish.
