LYCHEE-TINI

It’s ‘tini time. The lychee martini is a classic for a reason. It’s perfectly sweet yet chic, making it a staple on so many bar menus. The plus side? For such a sophisticated sip, it’s deceptively easy to make. Suntory HAKU vodka, vermouth, simple syrup and lime juice are joined by lychee syrup. That’s it. Bonus points if you can find a fresh lychee for the garnish. Or go for canned to keep things easy. You do you.

    • 45mL Suntory Haku Vodka
    • 15mL dry vermouth
    • 15mL sugar syrup
    • 10mL lime juice
    • 1 can of lychees, for syrup and garnish
    • 1
      Add vodka, vermouth, sugar syrup, lime juice and 45mL of lychee syrup to a mixing glass
    • 2
      Fill with ice and stir until well chilled
    • 3
      Strain into a glass and garnish with a whole lychee
