For such a sophisticated sip, it’s deceptively easy to make. Suntory HAKU vodka, vermouth, simple syrup and lime juice are joined by lychee syrup. That’s it. Bonus points if you can find a fresh lychee for the garnish. Or go for canned to keep things easy. You do you.
45mL Suntory Haku Vodka
15mL dry vermouth
15mL sugar syrup
10mL lime juice
1 can of lychees, for syrup and garnish

Add vodka, vermouth, sugar syrup, lime juice and 45mL of lychee syrup to a mixing glass

Fill with ice and stir until well chilled

Strain into a glass and garnish with a whole lychee
