Hot Honey Spritz Cocktail Recipe

Honey is sweet. Chilli is spicy. Together? They’re weirdly refreshing - in the best way. This spritz combines the sunshiny goodness of Dubliner Honeycomb with a cheeky kick of chilli-laced honey, all topped with Prosecco and a dash of soda. Despite its name, this one’s best chilled. Serve with heaps of ice, preferably on a banana lounge.

    • 45ml Dubliner Honeycomb
    • 15ml hot honey
    • 90ml Prosecco
    • Splash of soda water
    • Ice cubes
    • Fresh basil leaves

    • Red chilli for garnish

      Fill a large wine glass with ice cubes.

      Add Dubliner Honeycomb and hot honey, stir gently to combine.

      Top with Prosecco and a splash of soda water.

      Garnish with fresh basil leaves and a thin slices of red chilli.
